He had a decent rookie year then kinda fell off the cliffOnly thing that sucks for them is that this season is really confirming Ziare Wiliams is a straight scrub.

Just one of those dudes who has no bankable skillset and is really only a NBA player based on size/athleticism.He had a decent rookie year then kinda fell off the cliff
If he gets fired before the contract ends will he still get his remaining salary?lololol Bucks really doubling down on Doc. Signing him through 2027 season. He probably gonna get fired way before then
Quin was actually bad. There is nothing trendy about it. Quin used to pull guys who were playing great to put Royce back in all the time. Amongst many other things but that one annoyed me a lot.Sometimes players have a lucky season. He's also perpetually hampered by injuries and is one dimensional type of player that the Hawks dont really need.
I know the act like Quin was actually bad is a trendy thing now, but he played the right players who were put in front of him.
I wouldnt be opposed to taking a flyer on him if he's free, but I'm not giving up assets to get him.
Its not a Quin sucks thing lol... I simple said why does he hate him so much he plays Matthews/Mills over him. Sometimes playing the right player for tonight is the wrong move. When you are clearly not maximizing winning this year anymore based on the well founded trade rumors... why not give development minutes to a guy that showed some promise as a rookie instead of a journeyman and a guy who is washed.Sometimes players have a lucky season. Ya I wanted both guys. Especially since we could have gotten cam at 16 and GG at 26. (I could be wrong on GG but I'm pretty sure he went later than 26. Not gonna look it up)Between Cam and GG the character/maturity thing in this draft may have been completely overblown. Whoopsy.
He freaking went 45! That shows just how stupid the gm's in this league can be.Ya I wanted both guys. Especially since we could have gotten cam at 16 and GG at 26. (I could be wrong on GG but I'm pretty sure he went later than 26. Not gonna look it up)

Good postThe thing with GG is that the whole weed in the locker-room story was just an unprecedented level of audacity and stupidity that it was kind of hard to ignore.
Not that weed is some crazy bad thing, but just the audacity to smoke weed in a NBA locker-room after you quit a workout that was too hard.
The saving grace with GG is that he seemed extremely likeable and humble in interviews.
Cam seemed like the opposite. Maybe not unlikeable, but you can definitely tell he had an ego and might be a guy who is tough to coach. And then there was the whole rumor that his college coach was sabotaging him in interviews with teams, which is also unprecedented
Maybe the lesson is you should mostly ignore character concerns unless they are criminal in nature.
