The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

Part of why Cam dropped is people tripping and part of it is he looks more like a guy that needs to struggle and go to another team to figure it out. IMO.

Would be happy to be that team. His combination of attributes are quite rare and his catastrophic flaw seems to be correctable (I’m not saying he will become a point guard or anything).

Very interested to see what happens to Kuminga. He’s started to play extremely well, but that make it even more likely that he gets traded. I think they’re a team to watch for with Jimmy Butler.

imagine if Kuminga had any talent? Then it would be somewhat interesting

Just got around to watching that BOS-MIN game. Ant is lucky to be teammates with the human shields.

Why is that not traveling?
It's not close to traveling. Im always kind of shocked when people call travel on this in pickup games. Like, if this was traveling, it would be impossible to execute a turnaround jumper. You can elevate off your non-pivot foot as long as you dont come down with the ball.

I mean yeah you can do that... its the 3 steps he takes after he releases the pass to himself and catches it that would be the problem. I think it has to be a legitimate shot but I think the rule differs across different levels of basketball. I think the rule has also changed. Used to catching your own airball was a travel but now in one of the levels it doesn't matter if it was a shot attempt. Either way its fun and just let it happen if its fun and unique.
