The official "let's impeach Trump" thread

I typo'd that, meant to be 2016 when she was around. The polls are quite different. I rarely watch Maddow (I'm cable free and only catch cable news when I'm traveling). Maddow is and will always be highly biased. But she does a nice job of drawing attention to Trump's many foibles.

"Madcow" really? Come on, dude, don't stoop down to POTUS-level elementary school insults, you're better than that.
Funny thing, you look at the numbers after she posted that and he suddenly was above water in like 5 of the states she posted and all the other states took a huge turn in Trump's direction as well.

Hey guys can we please stop talking about trump acting like an authoritarian and messing with world markets? There are posters on this website who have delicate eyes

Interesting. Was it the same poll? Please shoot me a link, thanks.

That's just stupid. Authoritarians wield real power. Authoritarians would have already built the wall. And repealed Obamacare. This guy is more Don Knotts from "The Gang Who Can't Shoot Straight" and less Mussolini. He is figuratively impotent. Literally, well, he has his washed up porn stars.

That said, he definitely is a Socialist, but that is a different story altogether.

I’m old enough to remember repubs telling us to remain calm about trump. That there were plenty of adults in his cabinet and in the senate to keep him from doing anything truly stupid

I was mocking the people a few days ago who whines about too much posting about trump.

They've changed since but on the 18th it was much different story.

Pretty much why I say these polls are pretty stupid and pointless.

It could be that you don't understand their purpose. Here's a hint, it's not to predict whether or not Trump will win. It's a tracking poll, which means the results are meant to change over time as people's perceptions and feelings about things change.

Oh trump, you silly dumbass.

The president repeatedly stumble over lines read out from a teleprompter.
It followed an extraordinary huddle with reporters earlier in the day outside the White House in which Mr Trump attacked the Danish prime minister for rejecting his advances over Greenland, referred to himself as the “Chosen One”, suggested he could change the constitution to abolish birthright citizenship and talked about serving another 14 years as president.

“We're holding thousands of Isis fighters right now - prisoners. And we're going to give them to, from where they came. The Europe (The Europe lol. Really trump?), certain countries in Europe, they got to take them back because we don't want to hold them,” Mr Trump said in reference to America's presence in Syria.

Mr Trump appeared to repeatedly struggle with the word “forces”, (that is a tough word. Trump has all the best words lol) before mangling the name of Douglas MacArthur, a prominent Second World War general.
“The members of our armed forcef I, and you understand that very well - the members of our armed forcer have always lived by the word of Douglas Magarth (sic): ‘In war, there is no substitute for victory’."
Towards the end of his speech, Mr Trump grappled with the words “applicable” and “obstacles”.
“Today, I'm also calling upon all 50 states to immediately waive all appliculble state taxes as well,” Mr Trump said regarding veterans, before moving onto praising a disabled veteran named Katherine, who he misnamed "Karen".
“Despite these obselels, Karen is now pursuing a degree at the University of Nevada.”
Earlier this year, Mr Trump made headlines when he repeatedly failed in an attempt to say "origins" while in a White House press briefing with the Nato secretary general.

“I hope they now go and take a look at the oranges, the oranges of the investigation, the beginnings of that investigation,” Mr Trump said in April, in reference to the special counsel probe into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

He added: “The Mueller report I wished covered the oranges, how it started, the beginnings of the investigation."

Lol Trump

I liked some of the comments:
Most of us knew this during the campaign, his use of English was a best at the fourth grade level and yet this country, the Russians and the Republican party were OK with that.

Trump: "I have all the best words"
I long for a real President

I miss the days of a literate and thoughtful president

Trump struggles with the written word, the spoken word and any other word out there particularly if it is truthful.

"while commentators have speculated a range of medical conditions could be to blame, including simply bad eyesight." Bad eye sight? So, he thinks that referencing Europe as "The Europe" is proper whether he read it wrong or not?

But Trump knows the best words! Like "bigly", and "covfefe"

listening to the pres during this and the past few times he has spoken in public i believe it is now time to institute the 25th amendment.

Another early symptom of dementia is struggling to communicate thoughts. A person with dementia may have difficulty explaining something or finding the right words to express themselves. Having a conversation with a person who has dementia can be difficult, and it may take longer than usual to conclude.
