Doesn't the sentence "tried to provide dirt" mean, that the accused person is innocent and therefore can just ignore the blame? My point was that it is a pretty bad thing if the voters are so silly that they believe fake evidence i.e believe Russia and China and therefore vote for another candidate. If the jury says that those accusations are false and Trump opponents are honest then why not just say "better luck next time" and laugh at Trump? No idea what this post means.
Trump has tried to get other countries to provide dirt on his competition. That's my post.
Do you have something to respond to that about?

The 2nd whistleblower has now spoken to the IG.

I'm at 95% on House impeachment. 20% on Senate conviction.I'm now about 50% thinking the current allegations will stick and result in a house impeachment. I'm at about 10% on the Senate convicting.
Makes you wonder if "multiple" means even more than two.
What sad analysis. Is this really how you see things? I see a country that has done and can continue to do so much positive. I see people who care about their environment and their neighbors. Is everything perfect? No. But it is not horrible by any means, and we deserve good in our lives, not bad.
When I read analysis like JazzGal's I find myself wondering how people on different sides of the political spectrum could possibly ever agree on anything. Their starting points are so dramatically different. Personally, I think the human race is incredible and a massive positive for the earth. I was at a party recently and got into a discussion with a liberal who sees humanity as a terrible stain on the existence of the universe. I can see where these sorts of people are coming from, and I'm in absolute and total disagreement with their conclusions.

Literally everything. The earth without humans would be a wonderful place, but it would also be nothing. No written or understood histories, no technology, no art, no philosophy, no science, no religion, no music reaching anywhere near the complexities of human music, very limited use of resources, very limited societies, no space exploration, etc. I cannot deny that humans have and will continue making mistakes, but they also have and will continue accomplishing amazing things. People are awesome. I am a huge fan of humanity and I cannot imagine any argument that would be capable of convincing me otherwise.Talk about the aspects of the earth that humans have made better.

Cool to see Russia running with this.
Of course.
I'm sorry, I'm not seeing where I said anything about a conspiracy of any sort here. This is just the obvious result of a President taking the side of an authoritarian regime, excusing its attack on our closest ally's soil.Lmao
This **** is so funny.
The amount of conspiracies and hit jobs on Trump is just staggaring. There are so many you cant even keep track of them. We are just moving from one to the next at a crazy pace. Like 10 different ones a day. The Dems are pulling out all the stops. Throwing everything including the kitchen sink at Trump.
This is going to be the boy cried wolf effect times 100. After like the 50th time a Trump conspiracy turns out to be false, the public is just going to largely ignore anything that is said about him.
Im really surprised that the dems are actually going with this strategy. Its really exposing a lot about them. I never had such negative views of Democrats until all this craziness. I imagine a lot of other swing votes are feeling the same way.
As this article from the Times reports, so many never Trumpers are now on board.
