I fully support a settlement of the issue that prevents the crazy American/NATO warmongers from making Ukraine an armed outpost for their campaign to oust Putin and take control of Russian oil resources

Since the NATO-backed coup of 2014, Russian ethnic people and pro-Russia supporters have been politically disenfranchized in Ukraine and it got worse with Zelensky and his NAZI mercenariies from all over Europe and the British Commonwealth and the USA. The American Press has been the worst since the "Remember the Maine" craze in 1897 and propelled the USA into becoming a partner in Imperialism, making colonies of Cuba and the Philippines. American ideals were hijacked by the fake "Progressive" political movement that made us the stooge brute arm of the British Empire worldwide. The "Progressives" cause WWI and WWII for the express purpose of dividing the world and making the British Foreign Office the tool of global management.

The Brits with the Ottoman Empire were fighting the Russian Czars in Crimea and Ukraine all through the 1800s. The reason? To control trade routes and keep trade floating on the British seas.

The idea of the Silk Road becoming an efficient trade route drives the Brits bonkers.

But today, the reality of the BRICS trade/economic alliance has finally got solid roots.

Mexico today has joined Brazil and other South American nations in breaking with simplistic dependence on US domination. Brazil is solid in the Brics domain, as is India. Despite all the bravado, hype, and fake news, the USA with it's Brit subservience is failing to convince the world that the war in Ukraine is any great thing. It is simply a proxy war by NATO/UK/USA against Putin. Putin has proved what I have said early in this thread. Russian cannot just over run and re-subjugate the former USSR peripheral states. It also does not have a bright future militarily with its declining population. There is no reason to do a war against Putin.

We should not allow the Western oil interests to run this damn world.

I've mentioned "Remember the Maine" yellow journalism a few times in this thread.

In 1898 there were growing, significant independence movements/fighters in both Cuba and the Philippines. The USA had come under the imperialist delusions foisted on US politicians by British influencers. A lot of comparables here with Ukraine today.

My point in objecting to this war is made by the history. We did not "liberate" either Cuba or the Philippines. We took over and became an aggressor, imperialist, colonialist power. Forcing other countries into subjugation to us.

Dude looks super legit. I'm sure he's a well respected analyst, right? So, where did he study? Or was he a general in the military? CIA agent? Seriously, what are his credentials, besides apparently having a previous channel lost to the "SBU?" (Whatever that is. Did he mean the Russian holding company? Seems likely.)

Interesting issue with the VPNs. I guess tons of people are downloading VPNs in Russia right now but one downside of the sanctions is that it's making it very difficult to buy them inside Russia. Someone should give them free ones. I know there's one decent one on Google that's free. I also think Microsoft is doing a free one built into their browser.

As someone who lives in a place the censors the internet I firmly believe it's wrong and terrible of the government to do. It's also super annoying.

But this is a good sign for Russia that so many people are doing this.

I probably should mind my own business, but unless my reading comprehension is every bit as off as your’s, I believe @Gameface was saying “nope” to your claim he would post nothing were it not for you, and not to the fact he left you a dislike for one of your comments. Believing one is a victim can do that with one’s comprehension of the comments of others I guess….
