Pancreatic cancer is just about the worst kind you can get. It's because of how easily the cells spread through the endocrine system and metastasize. Metastatic cancer is a death sentence usually. Also pancreatic cancer is very tough to catch early because it usually takes it moving elsewhere to show bad enough symptoms to catch and by then it's probably stage 4. One of the toughest cancers to make any progress against.
