Yeah I saw the last fight, was underwhelmed especially after how he showed vs Stiverne. He can be caught and looked gassed, still got a nice KO. Povetkin will beat him if he shows like that.

If Wilder hits anyone full force and flush, they're going down and probably out.

I'd have to take Povetkin over Briggs too. The Cannon certainly brings some excitement back to the heavyweight division though its great to see his career on the upswing again. He's in some insane shape for a 43 year old.

I hope this 6'11" 290lb Chinese fighter De La Hoya's got signed turns out to be a decent heavyweight. Taishan Dong. He's 5-0 since coming to America in 2014, fighting mostly pizza delivery guys.

Kameda just got blatantly robbed. Damn. Even with the knockdown in the 12th he had that fight.

Dirrell v Rubio probably wont go the distance.

Andre Ward is going to co-feature on that Cotto-Canelo card Nov 21st!!! Sounds like Yuniesky Gonzalez is the rumored opponent.

He's trying to position for a Triple G fight. While Golovkin tries to position himself not to fight.

There was already an epic 2 round undercard match. Al Haymons (Hatian) fighter got knocked down in the 1st, then came back and knocked this dude down 2 times in the 2nd, then out cold at the bell.

I'd rather watch soccer, and that is really saying something. Why am I not surprised the two biggest spooge monkey's on the board are obsessed with it?

spooge? what are you middle-aged, on a message board seeking attention?? (Hoe card = pulled) whats boring about Boxing anyways? enlighten the forum. I'll school your old stinkin' *** on this topic...

All of those fights I linked ended with clean knockouts. They were all high-paced, with tons of action/powershots/combinations. You can catch the replay on the above link. Erickson Lubin is 19, from Florida, and looks like a very serious welterweight moving forward. He absolutely punished Lora in that fight, was a damn impressive showing.

Let me ask ya this: Would you be singing the same anti-boxing tune if one of your neighbors/friends/associates was an up and coming amateur/pro?? Not likely.. That'd just make you a crass, bitter, hater right??

I'm going to assume there's little to no local talent from your area though...

clearly; Styles and Fighters make the fights, so to cast an aspersion on the sport as a whole is just stupid, I guess that's in line with most of your posts.

Most hardcore UFC fans are really sold on that brand hook, line and sinker, they'll defend it vehemently, truth is its a fad, that's why they try to bash boxing which has been a prestigious sport in this country for a hundred years, The UFC just wants to be adjacent to that. and I suppose that's admirable or a success(from a marketing standpoint).

Problem is - Here's the big draw in UFC throwing punches...

MMA fight, this is pure gold though.. Tony Kornheiser and his Uranus jokes would be proud. Apparently Mainus is one of the funnier last names a fighter can have.

This undercard might steal the show. 3 rounds left in this battle. Everytime Flores looks like he's got Cusolito, he's responded with a flurry.

12th round stoppage! Cusolito would not go down though, he was out on his feet and taking too many clean shots to the head..

That was a war, tons of punches thrown and landed. Left side of Flores face is all types of swollen

    @CompuBox 9m9 minutes ago
Flores and Cusolito combine to land 548 punches and throw 1722 punches! That's a brawl! @premierboxing #PBConFS1

Pretty sure the books just cleaned house, no one had an over/under higher than 9.5 rounds.

Another knockout coming soon. Caleb Plant has mostly been dispatching taxi cab drivers in the first round. He's just did the whip and then Nae Nae'd in the middle of the ring in infront of this dude though, never seen anything quite like that LOL. (link below)

Plant's 23 and had to bury his daughter earlier this year ><

Williams was throwing those punches like he was trying to knock his head clean off!!!! First round KO in the main event!! What more could you ask for from a card on a tuesday?

Hit him so hard he started skipping... looked a bit like how Foreman annihilated Joe Frazier

Now he's leaning over the ring, calling out Austin Trout (who's trying to announce). hahahahahhaha Trout said he'd fight anyone and shook his hand (crowd was chanting we want Trout) that was epic.

Sad news in the boxing world today - Roy Jones found a fight in Russia. It could potentially be for a belt too. I certainly won't be watching.

Dunno If y'all saw the story a few weeks back. He flew to Moscow for a face-to-face with Putin, who granted him Russian Citizenship.
