Is Hill a bonefied all star? No. Are you going to trade for an all star at #12? No. Are you drafting an all star in this draft at #12?, 95% No.
Can Hill advance this team to the next level? There is little question about this. It is almost universally accepted that Hill makes the Jazz a playoff team. If you have to choose playoffs or the continual tail end of the draft, you go playoffs.
