I rather play Evans and Gobert and let them prove if they can play. I would trade Marvin as quick as I can because he is hurting our tank. I don't think the market is as good for Jefferson but I would move him too because when he plays well the Jazz have a better chance of winning.

I dunno. We are barely doing with a full roster. And March has a brutal schedule. And that was the bobcats we just beat.
He is white. He is allowed to have that sentiment.
In December we are winning 1 out of every 2.

Went down wonderfully. For Paul and Al, Jazz got two unconditional first round pics, two second round pics and cash. No other team was going to give up this much for the right to play Al and Paul for a partial season. I'll challenge anyone to try to put together a logical mid-season trade scenario that is better than what the Jazz got.
We'll have the same kind of optionality this year, trade them or use the cap space to deal for assets by teams trying to put together trades and save ten million + including penalty. (Although with Favor's extension we have less space to play with).

I was a huge Phillies fan in the late 60s-70s, as they rose from bottom to WS Champs. Hard to imagine a better feeling than sticking with a team through thick and thin. The alternate, I guess, is to look at the standings and always pick a team near the top to cheer for. My wife's not as hot as she used to be, maybe I should change there as well? Seems like a pretty shallow existence, no?
Depends on the details of the trade. I doubt the Clippers would have pulled the trigger without some assets coming there way. And no guarantee that we could have signed him to a new contract.

Ya I had heard millsap and burks and didn't like that.
In hindsight we ended up with trey so the trade looks worse now.
Burks is screwing up the tank doe. 6-10 last night with 14 points (those two end-of-quarter shots don't count). He's being too damn consistent!!!

Thanks mentioning those two shots....... The nba box scores shouldn't even count shots like that against your shooting percentage.... which is why a lot of guys intentionally release the ball after the buzzer sounds.
