Tough Day To Be In Law Enforcement

Would all of your be arguing with me the same way if I was black? How would you change your language or tone. Would you engage me at all?

If I'm being honest, I'd probably be nicer, more patient, willing to try and see things from their perspective I disagree with.

That said, whether the person was black, white, brown, or purple (RIP Mitch Hedberg) I'd still disagree with the same things I've mentioned if they supported them.

Thanks for sharing and mentioning Mitch Hedberg.

Haha, I don’t care who agrees with me. I’m not that insecure.

Dude, I’m not here to put on kid gloves and speak to you in a way YOU feel comfortable engaging. I’m not your mom. I not hear to hold your hand hoping you’ll educate yourself. That’s up to you.

Again, I will speak my mind and I don’t care how you take it. That’s your issue, not mine. Deal with your own **** before you come after me. Before that, keep talking your round about garbage.

I’ll keep doing me. Calling out racist comments when I see them. You do what ever the **** it is you think you’re doing.

No because this isn't about white, black, jew, ginger, mexican, asian, thai cop violence on blacks. It's about cops being disproportionately violent when dealing with blacks in general. The race of the cop is irrelevant.

If race is irrelevant, why is it explicitly stated that the police officer is white in every article you read about the murder. That fact would never be mentioned if the race of the cop was irrelevant. Do you think the Nation's response to this would be the same if it was two black officers that killed George Floyd?

It's willful ignorance if you think the race of the cop is irrelevant.

You know what, you’re right I’ve been a dick. I suck at this platform always have. I went over the top and I apologize.

Regardless, I still stand by commitment to call this out. I’ll be more mindful in the future.

Lick my balls, Archie.

Honesty is appreciated.

I’m not certain what you’re asking here. To accept your voice as the de facto black voice? But it’s a fair question. Black people aren’t a monolith. Would you be arguing with everyone the same way if they were black? How would you change your language or tone? Would you engage them at all?

Okay, so I just read that one of the arrested officers is actually Black. His ethnicity and race are listed as Black on Minneapolis Police Department forms. His attorney also stated:
“Kueng is a Black Man, raised by a single mom who adopted him at the age of four”, his attorney Plunkett confirmed.

Serious question: Does this change our perception, presumed motive, or the narrative of what occurred?

Not for me. Blacks can be just as racist as whites.
