I do think if you trade Conley you are going to be either hurting or slowing the growth of WK/Lauri (and everyone on the roster really).

I just cant see those guys developing as well with Sexton as a full-time starter.

I don't think playing with Sexton/Conley means much as far as other players development. Despite being drastically different players the team and individual performances of Kessler/Lauri has not changed much regardless of who is the PG. Truthfully, I think it should be a tiny afterthought at most. I'm not even convinced that playing with Conley helps anyone at all develop more than Sexton.

I think long and hard before moving him… unless it’s a decent first and semi decent salary matching. If he wanted to be moved I’d also give it stronger consideration.
