I can see how much you want to believe that, but if the case was ever about anything other than political theater it would have been prosecuted in early 2021. No new evidence came out in the last 18 months. All of the prosecutions were initiated in the past 18 months in order to be making headlines in a period where they could sway the 2024 election. The irony is that without the prosecutions, Trump likely wouldn't have won. It was the repeated failures of these flimsy prosecutions that made Trump appear strong.

Then Trump walked out on a debate stage versus Joe Biden who all the media repeatedly swore was "sharp as a tack". The result was to make Trump look clear and in command.

Democrats reacted by cancelling democracy to install the unlikeable, untalented Kamala who had never won a national election.

Trump may be where he is today because of corruption, lies, and an attack on democracy, but it wasn't the conservatives doing any of it. Trump may be the luckiest human who has ever walked the Earth.

Trump is reportedly already considering replacing Hegseth with another nominee as misconduct claims mount against him. He’s been accused of sexual assault and reached a settlement with his accuser while denying the allegation. The National Guard veteran was also forced to resign from two veterans groups for financial and sexual impropriety, and repeatedly showed up for work at Fox News smelling like alcohol, according to reports.

The clips dug up by Kaczynski won’t help matters.

“It’s typical Trump, all bluster, very little substance,” Hegseth said on Fox News in March 2016. “He talks a tough game. But then when pressed on it, he’s an armchair tough guy.
