Utah Jazz 2018-19 Championship Bus CHOO CHOO

Frankly, had the Jazz not **** the bed for a good portion of the season, this wouldn't be nearly as ****** of a situation but yet here we are...another season as a five seed. Maybe next year the Jazz will put together a complete season and finish in the top-three so they're not dicked once again.

The fact that our 2nd-year stud couldn't lead our offense consistently enough (in the toughest Western Conference in memory) really does rub you raw? A 50-win season heading into an off-season with flexibility and all signs pointing up is not good?

Time to take a step back, it seems.

So I'm hearing that we could still draw Denver in round. Is that true?
If Portland wins tonight (vs kings) and Denver loses tonight (vs Minnesota) then the thunder, blazers, and nuggets all finish with the exact same record.
I heard that in that scenario Portland gets the 2 seed, Houston gets 3, and Denver gets 4.

Can anyone confirm?
That would be hilarious if Denver tanking that blazers game dropped them into 4th and we beat them.

If this is true then we still have a chance to draw any of Houston, Portland, and Denver with Houston being the most likely. I say we have about a 75% chance at getting Houston, 10% chance at Portland, and 5% chance at Denver. (If that first paragraph is true which I have no idea)

Gotta root for the kings and Timberwolves tonight!

(Jazz should just rest all their guys imo. Especially Donovan, Rudy, and Joe)

What happens happens. First round, second round, it’s all a runner up to actually winning it.

We need more pieces. DM and Gobert is a great start, but need a third reliable piece vs. hoping Ingles or Crowder go off.

Hope isn’t a strategy. We know what this team can do and it’s not quite enough. Take some risks or we will be an eternal footnote in NBA history.

Agreed. "Flexibility" isn't a plan either unless it turns into assets.

Flexibility is turned into Kevin Love. And here's his flex-ability [we'll parlay that into a better regular season record]:
