What's new

Welcome to Election Day 2024,

Get serious man. It has sucked the last 4 years being poor or middle class. So many people can’t even afford groceries let alone rent.
No worries now. trump gonna call up each store and tell them that they can't price milk above $2 per gallon and stuff like that. He will decide how much groceries cost all by himself. And since he has been struggling to buy his groceries like the rest of us he knows exactly how much each grocery item should cost and will make it so.

ah, look at all the scum of jazzfanz rising to the surface now when their cult leading narcissist clown is getting back to power. Time to update ignore list I guess. I am just glad I am not in USA and do not need to be a joke of the world for 4 years now. Unless of course demented clown hits the curb and dies before that. Or results in WW3 and then we are all ****ed. Thanks dumbasses.

Dude, it's crazy. DJT is objectively a terrible candidate. Which just highlights how obviously the Dems are doormats with no juice. Ineffective, status quo Neo-lib ******** governance for decades, and ****** campaign after campaign. Trotting out war criminals and objectively ****** people like Bill Clinton and Liz Cheney. Like who is that for? Who looks at old *** pedo Bill Clinton and says, yeah that'll get me off my couch to vote. Berating Arab Americans.

Beating a guy like Donald Trump with all of his baggage should be a forgone conclusion IMO. His candidacy should be a non-starter, but this is the world we live in. He managed to get people to believe that his 4 years was better than Biden's and win the damn argument. It's that bad. It's time to drop the out-of-touch ***-hole ****-libs who run the democratic party or dump the party altogether.
They definitely chose the worst possible candidate to go against Trump. Hell maybe even Biden would have fared better. But many people saw that she was not a good candidate and frankly I think the majority that voted for her, me included, were simply "never-Trump"-ing it. I think the percentage that actually voted FOR Kamala and not AGAINST Trump is vanishingly small.

I'm hoping the takeaway is that vilifying your political opponent can't be the core of your message. That message doesn't resonate with as many people as the far-left think that it does. It may actually have the opposite effect.

Also, who advised Kamala not to go on the Joe Rogan podcast? To me, that was an opportunity to swing a lot of votes if she could of shown a more relatable side.

He will at least have a good handle on the McDonald's scene, that's for sure.

Lol. That's where the finding out comes in. What did trump say, blow them to smithereens? Muslim bans? Sometimes you gotta go lesser of two evils.

He might've done that, but like they don't care, that's how bad it is over there. These people have family over there who are either dead or dying. In their eyes, there was no meaningful difference between a democrat and republican victory, they're both genocide supporters. I'm not gonna tell them they should've been more rational standing next to a photo of dead family members. I'm gonna tell the Democrats to give them something to vote for.

Don't blame the voters.

That really isn't the message because that was literally Trump's ENTIRE platform. That is all he did. Every time he got in front of the podium he vilified everyone, his opponents, immigrants, women, POC, you name it. He ran exclusively on a platform of fear and hatred and fed that fire every chance he got. No the message is don't choose the worst candidate to run against Trump just because Biden said so. They should have ran their caucus to select a new candidate, not just jumped on the bandwagon for Biden's endorsement. But they were too afraid to go against the old white guy, yet again.

The other message is, we are just ****ed.

Such an odd thing to say lol. Prices on everything have been horrendous during the Biden administration. He can’t do any worse.

Leave the Far-left out of it sir. We didn't do this. The Democrats are a center-right party, Republican-lite. It's a big part of why they lose.

The left’s entire campaign was Trump = bad instead of actually talking about policy and what they’re going to do to fix our problems.

The second they installed Kamala they ****ed up big time. She was a VP-in-hiding for nearly four years then didn't give a interview for months after becoming the nominee. I think most people made up their minds up at that point.

Price gouging has indeed been worse since COVID disrupted the entire economy and drove inflation to record levels, which by the way, the US climbed out of faster and more effectively than any other developed nation. And It was a good thing they started going after the companies engaging in anti-trust practices which kept prices artificially high even while inflation was dropping. I am sure Trump will continue to go after oligarchies in this way to try to bring prices down, right?

Dave is right, the moral superiority complex and arrogance of Democrats and the left is what lost them this election. People are tired of getting called trash, racist, nazi’s etc over who they vote for. Trump did huge numbers with young males 18-29 and first time voters. He also crushed the Hispanic and Latino vote because frankly their lives were better when he was president.

This should be a massive wake up call. Trump targeted the right people in his campaign and quite frankly people are just tired of the Democrat’s and left’s name calling and arrogance. Enough is enough and Trump didn’t just win he’s the first Republican to win the popular vote since 2004.

This was also an indictment against Biden who everyone swore was fine and was fit to serve when that obviously wasn’t true. Democrats come off as major liars and did themselves no favors this election. I’m surprised at how shocked a lot of people are.

Hell, on here you guys do the same exact thing. You don’t even have any reasons to vote for Kamala besides being anti-Trump. You named called me for suggesting anything positive about Trump. You talked about what would happen when he loses and how he has no chance. A lot of out of touch posts that have not aged well at all.

Moral superiority complex? Dude, you're an idiot and an *******. Thanks for letting me know.

I think its fine to say a guy like Trump is bad and why that's the case. The thing that was missing was a break from Biden and a meaningful vision moving forward. Like you said, good policy to fix problems and marketed well. People need something to vote for.

What @Safetydan said, the democrats are not the far left, they are far from the far left in fact.

There is some truth, but for right wingers to say name calling is the deciding factor is just lacks so much self-awareness.

It just makes me so mad that there was the whole Epstein angle to play, but Democrats are so afraid of the elite in their party also getting their names in it they refuse to play it.

We got a guy who was BFFS with a child prostitution ring leader as President. Just insane.

I think the momentum flipped on a dime after the DNC. There was some decent momentum behind Kamala up to that point.
