What are your "we'd have a ring IF" beliefs?

If we traded for chris Paul instead of Mike Conley

I think Paul is just better and would have been another guy on top of gobert to whip ppl into shape defensively. I don’t like Paul, but I just always felt he couldve been more than Conley

This isn’t to take away anything from Conley, I love him and he improved us a lot

Wow. Out of all the incredible what ifs in history, that's yours?

Instead of releasing Derek Fisher, the Jazz trade him and get some kind of asset back (which would include taking an asset away from the Lakers.)

Bogie's wrist doesn't get injured and he plays in the bubble.

Also, lately I've been thinking about how in 98 Stockton and Hornacek attempted a combined 3.0 three pointers a game (2.8 in the playoffs.) What if after coming to the brink of a championship in 97, Sloan decided to try something different and maybe have them attempt 3 three pointers a game each??? Is that too much to ask????

What if they shot 5 a game???

But that is taking the rules of this exercise a bit too far. Too much to ask!

I'll die on this hill alone, but I'm dead set if we had traded for Jrue Holliday over Mike Conley we would have one. Should have just gave the damn Pelicans whatever.

I’m just a random kid from Hong Kong who’s been a fan for roughly 15 years, so stuff from before that time doesn’t really resonate with me, and I don’t realistically think the dwill/boozer or Hayward led teams was good enough to get over the hump.

I do think the Donovan-gobert teams could do it, and I think cp3 would have been able to push us over that hump. Just one of the things that always nags on my mind

I always wondered what if we had just drafted Chris Paul to begin with.
Doesn’t do it for me. Many national tv experts felt Deron was better than Paul and Paul probably either gets traded like Williams or leaves in free agency. If Paul was better it wasn’t by much.
