what is up with this ladies expressions

creepy

I saw Insidious over the weekend. Not great but not a bad movie either - went for the creepy factor instead of the cheap scares and succeeded for the most part.

It's funny how standards have been systematically lowered over the years when it comes to horror films. You're almost thankful when you see one that wasn't made for 14 year olds.

I also watched Insidious and didn't realize it was PG13 until I rented it so it lowered my expectations but it was still pretty good and what I thought it would be off of the trailers.

Watched season premiere of Breaking Bad...

it seems like this season will be the downward slide of the series. It was great before, because it was an interesting idea with interesting characters... but the last episode hasn't shown me anything that makes me believe the series is going to progress from more than anything other than an endless cat and mouse chase.

You are wrong. Not just a little wrong, but seriously, almost comically, wrong. How could you even judge a whole season based on one episode? In all honesty this smacks of two things: 1) contrarianism (which I have much experience with) and 2) a cynical need to declare that things suck now (again, I know this well).

It was excellent.

Just my opinion bro... I'm going to keep on watching, but I've got a feeling we've seen the best of Breaking Bad.

The Cove-excellent!

Rebel Without a Cause-solid...some classic moments I've seen in clips before but also some corny **** here or there...all in all though, I was impressed with Dean. Reminded me of a young Newman.

Had no expectations, but I actually enjoyed it. A few LOL's, but dick, poop, and fart jokes make me laugh.

That sounds like the same thing to me. Maybe it's just because they are so commonly married.

Related but not quite the same. For instance, my assertion in a recent underrated actors poll that Keanu Reeves is underrated (which I believe) might be chalked up to contrarianism but it can't be chalked up to a cynical desire to say that everything sucks. Think of them as cousins.

Little do you know, Keanu Reeves does suck...

I overrule your rebuttal until you think of a better example.

Surely you jest. You have actually seen the matrix and Bill and Ted movies right? Point Break was great but not because of him.
