not sure, doenst matter fact is if they dont speak the language they get no way of staying.

Like what? What reason could a person that is moving to another country that speaks an entirely different language than their own have to not learn the local language? What possible benefit to their life would they have not to learn the local language?

i'm not even of dutch nationality
in that womans case she is being prosecuted back home.
her grown children could elarn the language easy, her husband also could learn the language easy.
for some reason some (old) people cant learn new languages. or languages that are different from their mother tongue.
anywho so now she cant speak it FLUENTLY. she has to go. her husband/children should stay or go?

the law may be ok. but problems with the law is they dont go on case by case basis. all just yes or no. no grey areas
That is great in theory but it will never become a real world concept. Way tomany different views on to many different things. To many people unwilling to compromise.
