Netherlands. Never been to Utah, my only connection is being a Jazz fan since the 90s. Closest I’ve been is seeing the Jazz play the Nets in Brooklyn in 2018. We won!
I am from Poland but live in Belgium, 18 years already. Never been to US. As most of those from abroad I've been a Jazz fan since the 90's and also hope to visit Utah one day.
Started to follow the Jazz around 1988 , mum had bought me a hat which just happened to be Utah Jazz , got the PC game in 89 , “ Lakers v Celtics , and played as the Jazz
Early 90s we got game of the week over here which featured Utah a few Saturday’s in a row , I was hooked .
Haven’t got to Utah yet after all these years , NBA league pass helps .
Thanks for starting this thread, I've always been curious. My assumption has been that people in Utah have millions of people all around to talk Jazz basketball with. For those of us outside Utah, jazzfanz is the only real place to discuss our obsession
It is pretty crazy how many international fans are on this board. For myself I was born and raised in Salt Lake City and now have a rental property business here so I'm not leaving anytime soon.
