Where does Gobert rank out of the entire NBA ?

If we are talking one year swaps. I definetly take Westbrook or Harden over Gobert, but I think Gobert could be more valuable to us in the future. As far as never developing an offensive game. He's already made a giant leap this year from last. I believe he can score 10-15 points a night with the accasional 20 point game. He's gotten better at pick'n role and has actually developed some moves in the post. He still needs to figure out how to not get pushed off the block and getting good offensive post position. But there is definitely a progression going on with Goberts offense

Good points. I think that if Rudy can add a reliable 7-10 foot jump shot, 15 points a night is not unrealistic. It will be interesting to see what he looks like offensively by the end up next season.

Yes. Previous to this year, many (myself included) viewed Hayward as a Dick Grayson to someone's Bruce Wayne. Now we've come to discover that, despite being Dick Grayson, he's more of a Knightwing than a Robin. If we can get someone with a respectable amount of offense (reliable 18 ppg) then I would say we don't need a true "go-to" guy to contend. On the other hand, if Gobert can pick up an average amount of offense and occasionally hit a 10-15 footer and if Exum became an offensive threat then we may be ok so long as we had a few perimeter shooters.

Ok wow! Im happy about how Rudy has inspired the TEAM defense. But defence got alot better when Exum started at PG, the kid is great at staying infront of his man and contesting PG's shots. Then we traded Kanter and replaced him with Rudy. Now we have two dominate poat players on the court in Favs and Rudy and two really good defenders in Exum and Hayward.

Rudy was the missing piece in the defensive puzzle. Gobert is playing past all expectations but to say hes top 10 is blindedly stupid, top 25 is ignorant, top 50 is questionable.

Its our TEAM defense that is so great. Rudy entering the starting lineup sparked that and is super exciting! But you do a great in justice to (in order) Favs, Gordy and Dante for thinking Rudy is the sole reason for our great play of recent.

Hell Hayward and Favs are better players than Rudy and you all want to place him in the top 10 best?!?! Slow down and stop spiking the punch you are drunk enough.
 
Lebron James, Steph Curry, Russell Westbrook, Kevin Durant, James Harden, Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitzki, Anthony Davis, Chris Paul, Blake Griffen, Gordon Hayward, D Favors, Paul George, Joakim Noah, Derrick Rose, D Wade, Chris Bosh, Dwight Howard, Pau Gasol, Marc Gasol, Damien Lillard, Kevin Love, Kyrie Irving, Paul Milsap and probably 30 gms would dissagree with most of the posters on this board.

Im as excited as anyone about our recent play but lets not Jeremy Lin this........
