My guess is Millsap. I think he's going to go from a scrappy defender we plug in to a guy whose three point shot has become respectable (34%) and can score a bit. A guy who doesn't make mistakes and as we know, works his *** off. He'll be our new Wes and Demarre.
 
My heart wants Burks to become a higher-volume and higher percentage (36%+) from 3, a improved defender and better at finding the open man on his drives.

My head says Burke will become respectable as he grows to accept his limitations, become a reliable spot-up shooter off Hayward PNR, and becomes a solid backup.

Voted Burke, but mostly because he is coming from a lower baseline performance.

I was going to vote Millsap but then I imagined Trey Burke with a better shot due to the fact he becomes 'pass first'. One can always dream....

I really think Hood is going to surprise of not outright shock everyone this year. I think we'll see improvement in a few players but I think Hood had the potential to make a real jump and take the league by storm. I would have picked gobert but I think we already have a general idea of what he's about.
 
Burke can shock more people if can "improve". Its his starting job to lose. I believe he will put it together this year.
 
Actually, if I could revote, I would vote for Hood.

His overall numbers were pretty meh so he will look like he improved a lot if he just plays like he did after the All-Star break.
