World travel

Uhh, I absolutely didn't mean to chase you away or cause you to delete your posts @thietai
Look at what you've done, GF. You've driven a bot to suicide. What the hell is wrong with you? Bots have feelings, too.

Was it a bot? It seems their account is gone.
I am sure of it. If not it was just targeted ads by an organization, probably someone assigned to scour the web for certain key words then respond in chat rooms and message boards accordingly. A lot of cut and paste.

I just booked some tickets today to Istanbul. Anyone been? I'm pretty sure we have a few people from Turkey on here. Any suggestions? The Orthodox Easter is next week and I was planning to stay in Ethiopia for the holiday but the area I wanted to go is a little unsafe so I switched. I should probably wear my Jazz jerseys.

Never been. Went to Constantinople once though.

I’ve always wanted to travel to Iceland. And sometime I’d like to see the northern lights in person.

How long you going for? 4 to 5 days should be enough. There's the blue mosque, the sultans palace, the grand bazaar (not to be confused with brazzers), the roman ruins, its a day of travel each way if you want to head south and check out Troy. I haven't been since Erdogan took over but I'm guessing it should be pretty fine for a westerner.

Wear your Kanter jersey. It will make Ethiopia appear much safer.

I'm doing 3 days in Istanbul and a couple days in Izmir. I think safety isn't much of an issue these days in the big cities. Flights are dirt cheap right now, probably due to the earthquake in the north area.

3 days should cover Istanbul pretty well. If you'll murder my family I'll pay for an extra month?
