I'd trade both for Simmons.
Then you realize he still struggles to do things offensively in traffic and gets out-muscled/bullied by Steven Adams. Still a great defensive player and potential for DPOY, but All-NBA might be forever out of reach if he can't improve on his center of gravity or hands.
100% certain this trade never happens or is even entertained by anyone in a position of power.
He just had hit his wall. He will come back. Not every player hits his wall during sophomore or rookie year.
Friggin NT offseason bro. Them French worked him like a slave.Yeah, I kind of figured he would have the year he is having. He is doing great, but there is no noticeable "leap" and the problems he has always had are still present.

yep without actually allowing him to try things offensively. Wasted months really
btw How is Simmons going to fit in with Okafor, Noel and Embiid .... a whole frontline that cant shoot more than 8 ft from the basket ??
Embiid can shoot outside a little.... I would think he could shoot as good as favors
Most definitelythat may be .. but his feet are f#$%^#$d
When you're right, you're right.
And broken clocks are right twice a day. I'm gonna assume you were joking about judging a player off of simply seeing his face and spare everyone of pointing out how stupid that would be.
They don't think Anthony Davis could land them the #1 pick? The guy that the GMs selected as the player they would choose to start a franchise around?Don't look now, but we aren't the only fan board talking about trading our best players for Simmons. Lol.
Behold!!!

Wow!!! Not sure I'd do that trade. Guess the grass is greener on the other side.

Josh Jackson in the 2017 draft would be a much better player for the Jazz to target, they'd easily have one of the best wing rotations with him..
He's not on Simmons level of passing, but he's still a good passer. Plus he's vastly more athletic, a better shooter, and MUCH better defender. Can seamlessly play/lock-down SG or SF.

That last dunk is one of the craziest I've ever seen.
No. Just, no.
