Would you trade ...

Burks is a guy who helps them without sacrificing much for the future. If he pans out, excellent deal. If he doesn't, he won't hurt their plans.

I would like to try and get Julius Randle from the Lakers. they have to trade him away or get nothing for him next summer. Sefolosha for Randle?

What would we do with Randle?

What do you guys think of this article? https://thejnotes.com/2017/12/28/utah-jazz-possible-moves-trade-deadline/

In my opinion -
Toronto wouldn't do #1
Utah shouldn't do #2
I would do #3 but find a way to get it creative enough to get Osman back
#4 is interesting
The tl;dr

#1: JJ & 2nd for Delon Wright.
#2: Favors for Dellavadova and a 2nd (what a stupid move).
#3: Favors to Cleveland for a pick swap with the Nets pick (why would Cleveland do this — not to mention how when we don’t take salary back).
#4: Burks to NO for a second round pick.

Toronto wouldn't do #1. From all I've read, the only current contributing player they'd move is Valanciunus.
Trade #2 is just too lopsided for the Bucks.
#3 only works for Frye and Osman or similar.
#4 doesn't make sense because the Pelicans don't have a trade exception that big. And if they did, they would go into the luxury. What could make sense is Burks to the Pelicans for Asik and their 2018 1st. Burks and Asik make almost identical money this year and next. Asik's year 3 is non-guaranteed. Honestly, that's a really good trade for New Orleans. Burks could help them a whole lot more than Asik.
