And compound bows are partially so hard because not only do you have to pull it back, you have to keep it back. Bronn just had to crank it back, the contraption holds the tension.

This arrow wasn't just a little bigger though. It was 5-10x the size of the arrow a compound bow takes.

So unless there were like 10 pulleys on there, it's stupid. And ridiculous to think Danny could pull out an arrow that needed that much force to wound a dragon.

The size of the arrow is basically inconsequential to the difficulty of pulling the tension.
 
Did not seem that that arrow/spear was that big or that it was too complicated for Bronn to load it.

I am not arguing whether if Asoiaf will have ice dragons. They are not just going to make it the poster and spoil it for the non-readers.

Easter eggs are usually small and easy to miss. This is not an easter egg, it is just a poster from a very talented fan.

Exactly.

It's not about whether there will be ice dragons or not. It's that they aren't going to reveal it in a poster.
 
I think Jamie will be captured. Cersei will think she is dead and marry Euron. Tyrion will free Jamie and then he will be a queenslayer as well.

This is probably the most ordinary of the theories but at least it makes sense.
