Donald Fires FBI Director who's investigating Russian Election Hacking

Lol @ Flynn being an 'acolyte' of Obama.

Obama fired his ***.

Sent from my SM-G935V using JazzFanz mobile app

Good for another laugh. In his speech at the RNC, where he led the "lock her up" chant, Mike Flynn said:

"If I did a tenth of what she did, I would be in jail today."

Good call, Mike! Soon enough, man, lol.

The emails about a meeting to discuss dirt on Hillary between a russian government operative and the leadership team of the Trump campaign.

I don't see why this is a problem unless the dirt was illegally obtained, and thus use of it should be illegal. I also think we're pretty sure no dirt was offered up. Between that and Russia spending more on anti-Trump rallies post-election, I think we can all see this shouldn't be about Trump or Hillary or the DNC or anyone in Trump's campaign or Facebook or whatever other US related individual or company. It's about Russia trying to create chaos and division. That, along with exposing deep corruption in DC, will be the main takeaway from this investigation.

Follow thst with multiple contradictory statements about weather such a meeting happend, then the nature of what was discussed. Then you quickly discover criminal activity by Trump campaign officials involving ties to Russia.

Typical politics. It's Russia, the big, bad boogie man. Of course they lied initially.

I think there are legal issues with the meetings between Trump campaign officials and Russian government agents. If not by itself, with the failure to disclose such meetings. I guess we'll find out based on who gets charged and with what.

Regardless, I don't think Hillary's innocence or guilt has anything to do with Trump's (or his campaign's) innocence or quilt. And I think Mueller has enough to go off of to justify this investigation.

If separate from this investigation we want to talk about a double standard in who gets investigated for what, I think that's a fair discussion to have. But to say Trump should not be investigated because Hillary is a criminal, that just doesn't follow as far as I'm concerned.

Who's saying that? I think I've been pretty consistent in saying that this is selective use of the justice department for crimes that have been being committed and well publicized for decades. That we are now having an investigation because a true outsider won the presidency doesn't give me much faith in our system or elected power structure.

My only counter to your point is that yes, if it is well known and not punished then Trump is innocent just like Hillary has been forever. Just like you being innocent of speeding for going ten over the limit because everyone else in Utah has been forever.

.

The United States lost a cyber war in 2016. The real crime is refusing to fight it.

To start with I put win in " for a reason. That is how it will play out among the right to galvanize his base. That ruling also halted all immigrants without a direct connection to the US (marriage, kids, employment...)

I have not dodged his approval rating. It sucks. Horrible. He is tanking hard, making terrible decisions and looks like a fool all over the internet. and the Ds have not picked up a single seat.

They failed to gain a single seat. That's not a hard concept! We did great! we out polled our average! Good for them. The seat is in R hands.

Also "they made gains" is like an almost in horseshoes. Until they hit those gains mean nothing.

Why do we keep going over this? I have said the same thing a half dozen times now. It is not complicated. You don't agree, obviously, and that is ok. But my stance hasn't changed.

Carter Page.

Guy has struck me as perplexing from the start. I figured Flynn, Manafort, and Page were the guys to watch, and he has gone on TV repeatedly and talked, rather then just shut up dummy, lol. Why? It's like the opening line here. A guy who serves as his own lawyer has a fool for a client, but this guy has gone beyond it to talking about his comings and goings freely on MSNBC among others, and who would do that? I should think he's in Trump's nightmares. And Sessions' too. And himself, the dummy! The far right will love his statement to the committee though. One of the best presentations of Robert Mercer/Breitbart fed Clinton paranoia ever. Heavy s**t. Strange guy, love of attention will be the death of him though.

lots of stupid to deal with here, Z, in such a short lol post.

"acolyte" is a sort of devoted student, say of a priest or spiritual leader, maybe of any kind of a leader. Flynn was NSA advisor to Obama for two years, and since he "retired" has been active as a globe-trotting meddlist for globalist interests all over the world. A literal "Paul Manafort" sort of megalomaniacal operator.

here's my link: http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-m...-trump-says-michael-flynn-got-security-clear/

So, to be clear. Fynn learned his crooked from Obama and Hillary, and did what he saw them do, and just thought he could go right on doing that under Trump. But he was being used by Obama. He was being set up.

He made remarks offensive or at least inappropriate in the ears of Obama on the jihadists, linking Muslim Brotherhood players with terrorism in public remarks. Obama didn't want the "religion" confused with the "jihad".

Levin today was talking about how the Russian lady appeared to be instructed before, and debriefed after, the meeting with the Trump folks. No doubt she was wired, and part of a sting operation, seeking to entrap the Trump people. But they really didn't bite. So they got nothing about Hillary, and did not pay any money for dirt on Hillary, like the dossier on Trump supplied by the Russian company connected to Putin which did receive $168,000 for some made-up crap attempting to discredit Trump.

OK, kiddies. overwork your case. make yourselves look really stupid.

Sorry @Thriller, Babe took back his crown of conspiracy king.

Work harder next time.

lol The Thriller, one of the two biggest biased posters on the site. Take your nonsense elsewhere.

Furthermore, the Ds already held this seat and all the did was retain it. They didn't gain another governorship. Good for them, maybe they can build off this and take the Senate or the House in 2018. Provide some balance.

This is where you rail against the worthless Rs and feel better about your self.

Have you considered the difference? One would have been, at the time, becoming president, whereas the other would be going off duty?

Have you considered that, all things being equal, the statement is factually true? That a president getting out of office would have a little more flexibility coming out of office.
He wasn't "coming out of office." He was getting through the elections. My point is that the never Trump crowd would be going ape **** if Trump had ever said a thing like this and no amount of parsing of the statement will ever convince me otherwise. If Trump had said the same words Obama did, regardless of the circumstances, the media and the segment of the public who wants him to fail at all costs would be coming down harder than a ton of bricks.

Every time I say anyting non-negative about Trump the usual suspects freak out. I did not vote for Trump because of his many flaws (almost as bad as Hillary) but I do not hate him so badly that I am willing to interperet everything he does or says in the worst possible light. There are a lot of people here and in the media who are doing exactly that. The bottom line is that I have been less than awed so far at this supposed shock and awe campaign. Those of you who are in awe are mostly in awe because you cannot imagine a negative accusation toward Trump turning out to be incorrect.

lol, this is about how you interpret the statement by Obama. In that case you do, in fact, interpret it in the worst possible light.

Obama was absolutely hammered for that statement. It looked extremely bad. It was terrible for his campaign. No one thought it was a positive thing or a meh thing. It was a slimy statement that looked bad. So stop trying to act like we gave that one a pass but had it been Trump it would have been different. Trump has already said far worse and despite the never-Trumpers going ape-**** 100 times already over Trumps disgustingness , he's still the President. People going ape-**** over someone they don't like is not the barometer by which we measure how good or bad a thing is. In the end Obama's comment was cryptic. We can't say what it meant. It isn't proof of anything.

This.

Trump would be hit hard for it. But so was Obama. Are people really this blind?
