So who pays for all of the bathroom renovations and floor to ceiling dividers and extra sinks etc.... ? This would be extremely expensive and not realistic for a lot of businesses. Change like this will require a lot of cash flow. Small business may not be able to support. It's not only about where someone relieves themselves, it's also economics.

I don't think any of us expect these changes to be made. My opinion is that our current style of public bathroom never should have existed in the first place. I'm not saying all the existing bathrooms should be changed.

To be fair, half of public restrooms are specifically engineered to accommodate penises.

I don't think that this is unfair nor a double standard.

I'm sure you don't. Blindness to one's own hypocrisy is a very human trait.

The trans girl I went on a date with, I met on Tinder. She never communicated to me she was trans prior to meeting and her pictures were 100% doctored/photoshopped to hide her more masculine traits.

Or she was not trans at all, and happened to have naturally developed all these traits you call masculine while born female.

Denying that, or turning a blind eye to it is deceptive. Once I brought this up to the girl she initially denied it, got upset and slammed my door.

You called out a woman, on a first date, for supposedly deceiving you by not being womanly enough in your eyes, and she got upset. Somehow, you have convinced yourself this was her fault, not yours.

No, I did not object that. They can identify as whatever legal gender definition is in their respective country. And you as official worker should fill the paperwork according to the law. Why are you trying to make it so complicated? If O or X is not legal definition than they should identify as F or M.

I'm not making anything complicated. I'm just filling our a form, F or M, as I see fit, without regard to the preference of the person to which the gender refers. That follows the law as you described, yet you still seem to object. That's the confusing part.

A common trait about the skeptical crowd is they are SKEPTICAL. They cant even trust each other enough to ever organize into anything meaningful. They always splinter and fracture. Babe and James both show that in this thread.

Did babe become skeptical at some point? Because skeptics are not typically conspiracy theorists.

Lol please dude. Archie is right.

I was unaware this was the 366th day of the year.

Did you actually read her tweets? They were pure vitriol.
I'm sure One Brow doesn't have a problem with the her tweets either.

When you look at the tweets she was responding to, I don't. She responded to vitriol with vitriol. Perhaps you're so superior that you never respond to anger with anger, but I don't expect that of every human.

If the indicated tweets had been coming out of nowhere, unprovoked, I would, but not because they would be racist (in that hypothetical, just prejudiced and bigoted), but because they would indicate some issue with her.

Really? Is that a common experience? I'd like to hear what others think of this.

Depends on where you live and work. I used to get called "honky" and "cracker" growing up. When visiting my siblings in NY, I had a man yell at me for being part fo the world's evils.

None of those experiences diminished my whiteness; there were too many in the other direction.

I've had some weird bathroom experiences. Had a random drunk dude put his arm on my shoulder while we were both at urinals at a rock concert and compliment my junk. I physically couldn't use a urinal for a couple years after that. Caused a type of metal stage fright. I eventually got over it. I've also had people looking at me through the crack that exists between every metal "privacy stall" in bathrooms. Just weird stuff.

I also hate when co-workers want to have a conversation while I'm going to the bathroom. The whole Alec Baldwin in Along Came Polly scenario comes to mind. Maybe I'm weird, but I'd like some privacy while I do my thing.

as i stated above man up!

we need to keep some of our primal deeds. we cant pee out in the open. os "semi-private" stalls so we can still see each others junk. it keeps men honest. cant prop up their penis size by bragging about it

Troughs were bad but these are the worst

With a trough you can at least just stare at the wall in front of you. This forces you to look at the guy across from you.
those are epic. streams can cross!
