For those who actually want to learn about the subject that (ignorant) Stoked commented on. Florida has a long dark history of suppressing the vote of minorities. The recent poll tax which will prevent recently released ex-felons is nothing more than a far right ploy to prevent disproportionately effected minority voters who tend to vote for democrats from voting. Facts matter:

Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), have shunned this new bill and referred to it as a poll tax, highlighting the similarity to the laws of the Jim-Crow era that also restricted voting rights for African Americans. Before the passing of Amendment 4, however, we had a Jim-Crow-like scenario: 10 percent of the state’s adults had been barred from voting, including more than 20 percent of African Americans. We have disenfranchised more of our potential voters than any other state, especially black Americans (Florida has a long history of suppressing the votes of black Americans).

You're way off base here. Florida has a huge problem with the over-incarceration of blacks and other minorities. Saying that this added cost to vote will disproportionately hurt minorities is simply a statement of fact, and is probably a big reason for it's existence.

As do I. People seriously still respond to hack? I put him, toilet, and babe on ignore months ago. When @Stoked responded to hack, it kept showing up as updates for me. So without reading ignored users, it appeared as if Stoked was responding to me.

So I don’t know if by having hack on ignore caused a massive confusion or what. But the truth is:

A. Florida has a long sick history with black voter suppression.
B. Florida’s legislature is committing a disgusting act by placing a poll tax on ex-felons all for political and racist purposes.
C. Can’t we all agree that once a person has served their time they should regain their voting rights without having to pay additional taxes, fees, or punishments?

Obama's assumption that Clinton would win anyway was huge. It was the reason that they felt like they were going to get away with continuing to run the intelligence community in such a massively biased way. Trump's election is a nightmare scenario to them for that reason more than any other.
