Not completely. I think they could pull off trades.

For instance, they could trade Dinwiddie for Korver and our 1st rounder. Then waive stretch Korver, then use a first round pick to trade a player into another teams cap space.

Even with just the Korver/Dinwidde trade it gets them to 28 million, so they would just have to give away Joe Harris to some team.

Yeah, it would be pretty ideal. Jazz could keep Favors as well and still have 13 million in space. Or waive him and have 28 million.
