No worries. You have to think 16 people who have jobs and lives plus mix in time zones and different countries. It can usually take awhile.

There were times in past years when someone would wake up, login, knowing it's their turn to pick, make a post about something, not pick, and went offline for 5-6 hours before coming back and making the pick.

I don't think that has happened this year, but compared to previous years, this year has been pretty good.
