KAT and Davis added make easy top 4 who are at completely different tier than Rudy. If Cousins comes back from his injuries even at 80% he is easily better than Rudy as well, and certainly was before the injuries. Some may argue that Vucevic and Drummond are both better as well. If you look at last couple years playoff stats Rudy barely makes top 10, so to call him top 3 is utterly ridiculous.

Collet is ****ing retarded. He started the bench guys in the second half and in the 5 minute mark he got Gobert in... and played him for 15 straight minutes. That's in the middle of the summer for a FRIENDLY game.

If Rudy gets hurt due to stupid mismanagement, I'm gonna start a GoFundMe to hunt down this idiot of a coach. Sounds like he doesn't have a furkin' clue.
 
Defense wins championships. Insanely nailing from perimeter too. First one is hustle and second one is ball movement + clean wrists. I don’t see why the Jazz shouldn’t have both for the upcoming season. Chemistry level will have to show itself as time unfolds. It’s about time we have crowned these mountain jerseys
 
there's just 2 bigman on the world with the level of impact rudy has on both sides of the floor (both with better offensive game), for me to considerate want before him. one has a body as fragile as paper, and the other, not only prefers playing pf than center, but is a guy that rudy has dominated on theirs one-on-one matchups
 
Then why Rudy was such non factor in last 2 playoff series vs Rockets? Lets face it, regular season means nothing if you can’t lead your team in playoffs.

Let me help you.
Rudys teammates let him down. Rudy actually outplayed capela each of the last two years in the playoffs. (You can compare their playoffs stats on basketballreference.com if you want)

Also playoff series against 1 team shouldn't be the factor in determining how good a player is. You should look at the biggest sample size you can rather than the smallest.

So, like, we won game 3 because of our defense and our strategy, and we were in games 3-5 for the same reason, holding Harden to historically terrible games. That was because of Rudy.

Says the moron who clams that KAT, Cousins, and AD are better players than Gobert. Maybe some of these dudes could actually LEAD their team INTO the playoffs, before you go crowning them. . .

I agree with this. But I don’t think it’s primarily up to a rim protector to make the difference in the long playoff run. A rim protector’s success can go as far as how good the backcourt D is.

Offensively it was up to how much Mitchell could explode. He could not since he lacked spacing and teams studied and were ready for him more.

With enough spacing, Rudy can perform even better on the offensive end too now. But he will have less chances. Hopefully Mitchell too, so he won’t strain himself so much and work his magic when he thinks it’s appropriate where the threat from Conley and Bogdanovic is a presence to deal with.
