Another really bad argument you gun haters make is pointing out gun deaths but neglect to point out the actual murder rate per capital. The US actually ranks 111. Which would suggest that guns do in fact keep people safe.

I looked for Western democracies on that list rated higher. There was one I could see (Greenland). A lack of guns seems safer per capita.

You confuse my calling out the hypocrisy on the left as supporting Trump. I think both parties are **** and neither party spreads a message of unity. Show me one candidate that emphases unity during these tough times and I will support that. Trump isn't doing it and neither is any candidate on the left. Both are pushing divisive ********. Including the guy who called me a Nazi.

I agree there is no reason to call Trump nor you a Nazi. It only detracts from the conversation. Lots of near-fascists are not Nazis, and Trump is definitely near-fascist.

Pushing back against Trump and his supporters in Congress, the press or as individuals is not a strike against unity.

Stoked, Hitler was in power for 12 years. Kristallnacht didn't happen until 5 years into his reign. We haven't seen it all from Trump, but we've seen enough to know he is the same as every other strongman in history.

Within a few months of taking office, Hitler had banned all opposition political party and trade unions, passed the Enabling Act, formed the Gestapo, and had an official book burning. Trump's not Hitler, and Trump's not going to be Hitler. He's evil enough just being Trump.
