Unleash Tony Bradley

I wouldn’t mind signing Udoh and cutting Kidd after the China season ends. Udoh could actually be a piece to defend LeBron for a few minutes per game.

Davis is too slow on rolling. Mentioned it in the game thread.

Saw a couple where Ingles would have to stop because Davis wasn't in front of Ingles' man. Couldn't create 2 on 1. That's what a pick and roll does, eliminate a defender for a second or two, but Davis stands there for a second or two too long and no advantage is gained. Kills the offense. I'd give 5 more games and bench if he's not producing.

I like Davis. I like Bradley. I miss Favors. With Royce and Bojan stepping up, I wish we had the Jingles/Favors for the bench unit.

Davis defense been better than what i expected, but his offense, man, it gets hard to see, really bad, and probably worse to play with, considering his screens, rim rolling and fts...
This is supported by his 76.5 OFFRTG and 92.5 DEFRTG. He has a team-low -16.1 NETRTG. Bojan, DM and Gobert lead the pack with similar NETRTGs (+18, +18, +16). Mudiay is next with +14 and there is a large gap. So early in the season but it's obvious Ed Davis and Mudiay have had contrasting starts to their Utah Jazz careers.

We will get the timing right on the pick and roll at some point... Ed and Rudy have struggled with turnovers and part of that is the ball handler putting them in bad situations. Once Conley clicks in to something close to normal I think we can make an assessment on what we need and don't need. Ed's primary responsibility is on the defensive side of the ball... he has done well there.

Quin trusts Ed Davis to rebound, play defense and not make many mistakes. It's pretty obvious though that Davis can't really score much. I could see the Jazz put in Bradley to punish a team that plays small, but it would still probably be in a blow-out. It won't happen every night, but against some backups, Bradley can come in and put up 10/5 in less than 10 minutes.

Ball handlers need to stop trying bounce passes to Rudy and forcing passes to him 8 to 12 feet away from the rim. High entry passes near the rim is where it's at. Don't put him in tough spots.
