Now I hate defending Trump, because the man is an idiot, but does anybody really think the President of the United States is going to be allowed to take medicine that would be high risk for him? Now maybe they're just giving him sugar pills, maybe the stuff is fine, but c'mon a little common sense.

As for the statements making a perfect ad, you are very correct. Just like Biden's "86k jobs lost, millions dead" line will make a good ad. They're both too old, and it sucks those are our choices. I swear they're both becoming senile before our eyes.

What do you mean by "allow him". Does Trump have a boss or a parent or someone who has control over him. If so they have been doing a piss poor job of controlling him so far.

There's a difference between believing in personal accountability and being glad that people suffer from the consequences of them.

I too believe in personal accountability. I still have compassion and remorse for people that suffer from their own actions. You, because of politics, apparently don't. That's the sad part.

So there have been a few reports of a person testing positive, then testing negative and then some time later testing positive again.

What I haven't heard about these situations seems to be the most important part, imho.

Did the person initially show definite symptoms? Did they then recover from those symptoms? After recovering from symptoms did they start displaying symptoms again?

I haven't seen that mentioned at all. Does anyone know?

To get back at Dr. Bright, who was fired, and testified that he did not want time wasted promoting that very medicine. And, secondly, because Trump touted it in the first place, and one thing Trump cannot allow is the appearance that he may have been mistaken. About anything.

Because his followers do pay attention to even those of his ideas that amount to abject nonsense, saying he was taking it was one of his more irresponsible proclamations.

For about the 50th time, we have a difference of opinion on the impact of the economy on the lower income, and the severity of the virus. I understand you don't agree with that, but what you're trying to equate here isn't the same.
