republicans stormed town halls a few years back chanting “let him die” for a health care debate over pre-existing conditions. But sure, me wanting stupid people to be held accountable for their stupid decisions makes me a sad person. I’m sorry, if people are dumb enough to still rush into large crowds without masks while carrying AK47s to “liberate” a gym, then they deserve everything they get. We experts have been warning you about the dangers of this virus. We can bring you asses to the trough but we can’t force you to drink. Your stupid actions have consequences. I believe in personal accountability.

There's a difference between believing in personal accountability and being glad that people suffer from the consequences of them.
I too believe in personal accountability. I still have compassion and remorse for people that suffer from their own actions. You, because of politics, apparently don't. That's the sad part.
