Its possible, but if they tested him once yesterday where it came back positive, we would probably know by tomorrow something more definitive for his availability, since the Suns and the NBA will know further about subsequent test results.

Disagree. If it were a false positive, the Suns would have had plenty of time to test again to confirm (since they've not played in a few days). The fact this news has broken tells me it's not a false positive. They likely tested him Monday and then again yesterday.
