How Much Could Tyler Herro Match Donovan in Utah?

I strongly doubt that. Herro is 6'5" in shoes, 6'4" without. Donovan is 6'1" without shoes, isn't he?

(Who on earth decided that listing people in height with shows was a good idea?)
Ooor, I check another source, and he's 6'6" in shows, 6'4.5" without. With a very short wingspan, apparently.

The Heat package becomes even more interesting the more you think about it.

Danny says sure we’ll take Robinson’s salary but you’re swapping us Lowry for Conley.

We send Lowry to Dallas for matching salary and picks.

We end up sending out Donovan/Conley for Herro/Robinson/Jovic/salary from Dallas plus all of these picks:

23/27/29 Heat unprotected 1sts
24/26/28 Heat pick swap 1sts
25/27 Mavericks unprotected 1sts

Maybe Mavericks give us 27/29 instead if we take Bertans salary?

So many different scenarios… If we trade Donovan/Conley and end up with Herro/Jovic plus 5 unprotected 1sts and 3 pick swap 1sts for and just take on Robinson/Bertans salary I’d say that’s a pretty good deal.
I don't think Lowry has a lot of value right now

If Herro had tremendous trade value/was worth multiple 1sts, I'd assume that Miami would've moved him in a 3 team deal to get the Nets the assets they want.

The Nets have said they are interested in Donovan as the center piece in a Durant deal. They've also said that a package built around Herro doesn't even scratch the surface of what they're looking to acquire.

Utah fans desperate for a whit savior to lead them to 30-35 wins.

The Heat package feels more low risk low reward.
It's low risk to trade for Duncan/Herro and pay them what we would've been paying Rudy Gobert? Seems like the fastest way to build a treadmill team that isn't going to be good enough to contend or bad enough for a top pick.

The Miami package for KD is Bam/Herro/picks and even then Brooklyn would have to move Simmons somewhere else.

More or less than Conley?
He's going to be 37 with 2 yr/$57M left on his deal, missed 60 games the last two seasons, and averaged 8 ppg on 29% in the playoffs.

Danny gonna rehab Duncan/Lowry's value and flip them and their $48M in salary, lmaoooo

Ahh yes….the trades that don’t happen. The truest gauge of value there ever was. KD freaking stinks and no one wants him bc he hasn’t been traded yet.

I love how you guys "move the goalposts".

You wanted to compare Donovan Mitchell to Tyler Herro using per 36 and a bunch of other metrics you want to use.

I pointed out Clarkson, in his 6th man role just a year prior to Herro, but it's not comparable.

You guys are a waste of time.
The more conversation I've seen from Jazz fans the more I've realized our fanbase just doesn't really watch the NBA or understand how the league works. Being a small market team we've never really pursued big time free agents or been apart of block buster trades.

I mean I've seen people on here argue that Duncan/Lowry with their horrendous contracts would be positive assets, that Herro is capable of being a #1 scoring option for a good team, and that we can flip Bojan/Conley for Westbrook and 2 first round picks. It's borderline delusional.
