Blame their GM for agreeing to trade
Even when they're on a run, it feels like a bad team going on a run. They're just chucking up **** on offense and not defending anything. They might get some buckets and lucky misses from the other team, but it's junk. Their disorganization on both ends reminds me of the Rockets. They are more talented than the Rockets....but they suck just as bad at playing organized basketball. Basically a pick up game out there.
I'm not sure If I have ever watched a team with worse vibes than the Wolves. Maybe the Lakers, but at least some of their fringe players are scrappy and positive energy. Everyone on the Wolves just looks so embarrassed to be part of the team.
Their offense in particular is the thing I’d be most worried about. I’m really not sure how they are going to fix it. They don’t have very good shooters and Russell is the exact opposite type of PG they need. They have zero future assets to improve themselves as well.
D'Angelo Russell might be the worst starting PG in the NBA. The Wolves have serious serious distance rebounding and he has 0 rebounds, among everything else he is ****** and low energy about.
