I would assume the latter two. DFS/John Collins. Only two real guesses I have from the smoke of us being interested in them.

I would only consider the Sixers pick. And for those that are bad at keeping track of time, DFS is already 29 (and we don't have anyone with the chops or the gravity of Luka setting the table for him).

Ehh. I'm pretty married to trying to get two of Hendricks/Wallace/Dick/Black (in that order) and that Wolves pick might be enough on its own. I'm also just not that high on DFS; he's yet to prove he's a legit rotational NBA player when he's not in Luka's sidecar, IMO.

I think it would be the type of deal that happens on draft night if our guy is taken before our pick. I could see Brooklyn getting aggressive to try and move up, they are in a weird place with their roster right now. I personally like DFS a lot and wouldn't mind getting him while his stock seems to be pretty low at the moment.

I disagree on DFS... but I think we should be looking at landing Hendo and Wallace (I think Black goes early and it won't be possible). I would throw in a future pick to move up if we had to... if we land 16 it might cost a Cavs/Lakers pick to make it happen. If we landed 13 we might be able to do it without a trade or by throwing in the Philly pick.

If we are building a championship core around Lauri and Walker then hitting big on a pick or two this year is critical.

There are a bunch of different weird versions we could do with a DFS trade. They have the 21, 22 pick and have a tax problem next year. Could do DFS, 21, 22 for cap space 13 (the minny pick) and 28.

I think DFS will be a top 5-ish target for us this summer.

Outside of some of the options if we can move up, Whitehead definitely checks a lot of boxes as the type of prospect DA went after running Boston. Granted his season was laden with injury and it impacted him a lot I am guessing. Maybe it works to our advantage. I think if Walker Whitmore are gone which they probably will be come our first pick, Whitehead is a high probability if he is cleared of any medical red flags. Not my first choice necessarily but DA taking him over a lot of these others higher ranked by most, would not shock me
