The Non-Jazz NBA Thread in the Jazz Section

Minny have a rough night as Charlotte play really well and shoot like crazy. Rudy was huge all night and Mike came big in the fourth ( 8 points/4 assist) in 8 min. They definitly strong this year. And fun to watch.

KAT is playing the best ball of his career. If he ever learns how to shoot a higher volume from 3 he's going to be extremely dangerous.
I’ve always been baffled by this. If memory serves, he’s always hovered around like 4ish attempts per 36. He always shoots a ridiculously high percentage and he can just shoot over anyone that I don’t know why he’s not hoisting at least 6. It honestly seems like hoisting more threes is probably the easiest thing you can change as a player. Any insight on what the deal has been?

He just doesn't like doing pure catch and shoot for w/e reason.

Something I learned today that I never knew, did y’all know that Ime Udoka started his college basketball career in PRICE, Utah?

All I remember about Price is there was this dumb like saying… “I’m from price where the men are men and the woman… are too”. Maybe it was a scout camp thing.

Last time we were in Price, maybe a couple years ago, we stopped at the Burger King which was the worst BK experience of our entire lives. Never again.

BK sucks.

It sucks but every once in while you just want a whopper ya know?

They have really sunk themselves over the past 20 years. I remember on my mission we had what we called the "perpetual Burger King fund," where each receipt invites you to take a survey that gives you a free Whopper with the purchase of fries and a drink, so we'd save each receipt and keep redeemed free Whoppers in perpetuity. But the service has been unbearable, to the point that we almost never could go to BK. Then they ended up closing the one by us (that we essentially had stopped frequenting), along with a bunch of other BKs around the state. For as much as everyone complains about McDonald's, those bastards know how to stay in business and keep people coming (and quite timely relative to BK).

Was at Las Vegas airport and they took 30 minutes to fill our order. At the airport!!! Gotta be faster than that. They may have been slow but at least the food was terrible.

McDonald’s is a quality (with regard to consistency) and efficiency marvel. Even their bathrooms are semi reliable in some of the dirtholes I travel to.
