Hayard and Favors will make their All Star Debut the same year.
At least 4th seed on the West should do it. But i don't see that it would happen.

Yeah, Kanter has the best shot considering his offensive upside and the stronger competition on the wing.Realistically, Kanter if any of them. Hayward is a good player, but doesn't do All-Star things, like score a lot. He does a lot of little things. Either way, he's not playing at an All-Star level, and I'm not sure he'll ever reach it.
Kanter is going to be one of the few identifiable 20/10 centers in the West with a complete inside-outside game. Coaches could vote him in within a few years.
Burks has enough talent, but he'd have to beat out a bunch of guards, and it's tough.
Favors could eventually get selected, but he's still too raw right now. Still, if Joakim Noah and Tyson Chandler can get in, then maybe Favors can too at some point.
I voted "none of them." We overvalue our players. All are flawed. Hayward has a chance because he MIGHT be the top scorer if Millsap and Jefferson are not on the team next year. There are too many good bigs in the WC for Favors and Kanter to get voted in. And neither will put up big offensive numbers.Which youngster will make an All Star team first? I'm just curious about what people here think.
I just see Kanter as standing out as a player. It's a perception issue. Favors as a PF is going to have to get in ahead of someone like Blake Griffin, possibly Anthony Davis, maybe Cousins, then LMA, Zach Randolph, David Lee, etc. Whereas, people can say Kanter is the best young center in the league.

Rules have changed. Now a center doesn't have to be chosen, just 3 frontcourt players. I guess there will be some turnover as players like Duncan, Randolph, etc retire. There are a lot of good young forwards in the West, so it will be tough for Kanter and Favors to break in. I think their best bet might be as injury replacements.Didn't Marc Gasol make it?
I imagine the coaches will vote for centers when none are voted in by the fans.Keep in mind I think they got rid of the categories for 'center'. It's all just frontcourt now.
