He just matched the players who could match the Blazers defensively instead of doing the style clash that they were doing earlier

I think over the long run Cody being in the rotation is a net negative for the team, but he provided exactly what the Jazz needed to get back in the game
 
Cody needs to figure out how to score when he doesn't have an open lane to the rim. He needs to hit 3PAs and have a counter when he gets closed out on. Cody's normally pretty good in transition. He's pretty fast and finishes well if there isn't a big body in front of him.

He needs to get with the shooting coach, fix his form and shoot a zillion three point shots a day before heading to the Golden Corral or Chuckarama.
