Very comparable overall games coming out of college. Also you act like Vucevic is some kind of stiff athletically and Filip is some kind of explosive big.

Maybe if Vucevic was playing college basketball now they would have comparable games, but he was much more elbows and post centric w/ power moves than Flip is. Flip is much more off the dribble, face up, dribble drive, and from the 3pt line that Vucevic ever was.

Athletically Flip is closer to Lauri than he is Vucevic.

And yes, Vucevic is kind of a stiff athletically. He's very fluid out of the post, but he doesnt have anywhere near the foot speed, open court speed, or vertical ability that Flip does.

Dear lord time stamp what you want me to watch that is supposed to support what you are trying to say. I'm not going to watch a 5 minute video of Vucevic highlights.

And how is what I posted a reach? I just showed you what he looks like in the open court. I think that's valuable information (running gait, how they gather, their vertical ability in space, their speed, where they can take off from to finish, etc) if you are trying to make an overall athletic evaluation of a player.

Dunks have absolutely nothing to do with it. It is the way he moves as a big and his overall skillset. Fili moves the exact same and the skillset is very similar. The more I dive down this Fili rabbit hole the more I think he can be a Vucevic caliber offensive player. I think a Lauri, Kessler, Fili trio at pf/c could be really good. Right now this draft looks so deep with so many guys that would be a great fit.

I dont see it at all, not in the slightest. Maybe if Flip tried to bulk like he was playing basketball in the 1990's, but that isnt going to happen.
