We’re at a point where we should have an idea rather than blindly choose a mystery box while still being a team in Utah and still not having enough cap space to make a splash.
I will say if we’re going that route that we gotta get more cap space than what Collins’ absence would bring, so we should be as focused as getting rid of Clarkson or Sexton as well. And you should still have a plan for the space.
Conversely, you could just ride out all three of their deals then glide into ‘27 with cap space THEN, which the Jazz are probably better positioned to pitch for free agents.
