Are there any Kanter apologists left? What are they saying?

Picking the "27" minutes but without looking closely, is the problem. This year he was benched so often and Snyder made his rotations, even he was on fire. But hold back when others were on fire.
And This is his 4th year. I talked about the 3 years before. If these years weren't wasted, now in his 4th year we wouldn't talk about his sucking in defensive game. He didn't want to concentrate on defense?
After season 1 or 2 he was ripped like Ibaka but yet nobody cared (he was in this sports center for bulking up).

Kanter had a ton of chances to shine. His desire to NOT play defensively was what held him back. Look, Favors had the SAME coaches. Why did he not SUCK at defense if it is the coaches' fault? Derrick manned up and put forth the effort. Kanter was all about offense. Any excuses he or Ergul makes is just B.S. What it comes down to is he was beaten out by a HUNGRIER player. One who was concerned with how he could make the TEAM better, not just pad his stats.

Pick Nr 3, not just someone random. I didn't expect him start over Jefferson or Millsap, but compare his draft position and draft class with his treatment. BE FAIR!



3rd year big commiment? Just starting in 37 games... No Al, no Millsap. Big commitment? WHERE?

And I didn't say that more muscle mass makes you a better player. And he was not in shape, he was more than that. After season 1 or 2 (I don't remember) he worked very very hard. Your point was that he didn't care for the defensive game and I tried to show you that this is not true. He cared and worked very hard to gain muscles to play better in defense. So your point is not valid.
And Gobert is not hungrier than Kanter. Gobert has just a unique advantage over every player.

Look, Kanter is gone, right? Why did I register? Because now I wanted to participate in this community. No more Kanter, no more "you homer" messages. But these kind of messages from above make me realize how fu**ed up Jazz fans are and it makes me leave this place. You behave like little children and are very rude. You keep insulting people and say things like Cancer.
I don't root for any team in the NBA, but I like some. Jazz is one of them. But slowly because of this fanbase, I think I have to rethink it.

It took too much time for the Jazz to realise that Kanter and Favors can not play together. Favors defense is quite good but not good enough to camouflage Kanter's defensive limitations. It was obvious that Gobert would have been the Jazz future center....Jazz have chosen Favors over Kanter. Next season will be indicative to judge if the Jazz made the right choice.
 
Let me look around....ah yes there are some apologists over in that corner. No, wait. My mistake those are Jazz front office apologists, not Kanter apologists. I also see some Ty Corbin impact minimalists, some Kanter Draft Revisionists, several Monday-morning quarterbacks, a misanthrope and a straw man.

Next Year? If the decision was Kanter vs Favors then Kanter was doomed from the start. Favors is simply better. Better (by a lot) on defense, even on offense.
