Best Hamburger

I'll be damned...

The spike from 10 to 20% confirms in my marbles carrier what I've suspected about free range organic three times the cost chicken: they all have Salmonella. Another example of how the go natural crowd is trying their hardest to mass suicide.

Hey in searching for that there are some great articles about major regional salmonella outbreaks due to people buying chicks to raise on their own as free-range organic birds, then infecting the hell out of it when they kill it and spreading it around to their friends family and neighbors. Good stuff.

Only been once, but yeah, everything I had there was great.

Maddox turkey burger. Weird processed turkey meat-flavored patty and a knock-off thousand island dressing and it is the BOMB. Mmmmm.

Their fried chicken is great too.

I dont want to start a new thread so im just posting this off topic.

I was tailgating a ute game once with ugli and his buddies and they got a pizza from The Pie. I had never been there before and it was the best pizza i had ever had.
Well i went there for my first time on thursday night and was quite dissappointed. It was wierd because the pizza i had previously was cut in rectangles and had yellow cheese on it (and not too much) and was greasy and simply fantastic. The one i got on thursday was cut in the traditional triangles and had way too much pure white cheese on it with very little grease.

Also i had pizza at a place called Maxwells (i think) in park city in february and it is now the best pizza i have ever had in my life (beating out The Pie pizza i had at the tailgate)

Anyone else ever been to Maxwells?

- They just opened up a 5guys in Edmonton-- it wasn't as amazing as I thought it would be.

- I had In-N-Out burger for the first time last year. Much better than McDonalds, Wendys, etc-- but not the best burger I've ever had @ a chain.

- I've admittedly never had Carls Jr. We drove past on when we were in Kelowna two years ago, and didn't have time to stop by. Too bad. I plan on checking it out though

- Here in Edmonton we have a chain called Rodeo Burger. AMAZING burgers. They take 1st prize in edmonton every year-- I still don't think theyre the best fast-food burger I've had though. Ill leave that title to this canadian chain:

Stomach is shaking just looking at these pictures. Yummmm.

Gotta grab a Harvey's burger today tbh

Harvey's burgers are build-you-own btw to a certain extent, kinda like Subway

Every burger is build-your-own. I've never been to a burger place and asked them to put stuff on my burger (that they had readily available) that they said no to.

I meant like as the burger is being made, there's like windows on the counter, so you can say "alright I want lettuce, tomatoes, onions, two pickle slices," etc.

Never been impressed with in n out. They are relatively cheap which is their only redeeming quality. If you order the burger animal style it is alright, and well-done animal style fries are the only way to order the fries otherwise they taste like leftovers from school lunch.

Hate that stuff. I just want the burger to magically appear. I don't want to see you put your hands on it.

Very meh. Too thin to be juicy. Also too small in general. I have to order two burgers to fill me up when I go there.

Love their fries, though.

Not impressed with in n out. Ok burgers I guess, but contrary to colton's opinion I do not like their fries at all. Their fries are too small and thin.
I don't know if I have a favorite fries place, but Del Taco of all places is surprisingly high on my list.

I want to try Crown Burger as I've heard good things from quite a few people, but one of the burgers fairly high on my list is the 5 Guys burger with everything on it however they call it.

Still tops for me is if I get some good meat and grill my own. Very hard to be topped.

Bingo.

I am not a 5 guys fan. We ate there now and again when we lived in Utah, and now they opened one finally here in Reno and everyone raves and it still isn't all that good. Seriously long waits though and WOW did the owner get pissed off when he overheard me criticizing the burger. Went a little overboard trying to set me straight. I much prefer a burger from some of the casino cafes, most of them have great hamburgers for dirt cheap.

I also agree on Del Taco fries. Their burger isn't half bad either.

Making me want to go their even more now.

I like fry sauce, but tbh I like the fry sauce similar to training table sauce with bbq sauce instead of ketchup.

I'm not sure what Crown burger's sauce is like, but I'm up for finding out.
