I was lucky enough to snag Clorox wipes on Amazon today and I feel like I've won the lottery.

Strange times indeed. A vaccine can't come soon enough.

Dead serious, my wife logged into Facebook and some of her friends had that Plandemic video on their walls. They had also talked about chem trails and how those are used to make people gay.

I deleted my Facebook two years ago and haven’t regretted it since.

Little sister (23 years young) 99.9% has it (fiancee she lives with got his diagnosis - works at one of the packing plants so he got tested). Having a bitch of a time getting time off work. Hospitals in her town are telling her "yeah, you've got it, but we don't want you coming in unless you've got serious symptoms" and work is telling her "if you don't have an official test result we don't give a ****" (she's a vet tech). Related to the serious symptoms (though I'm not sure it's actually covid or not), has had bad bad diarrhea the last 2 days.

Whole thing is pissing me off.

Its interesting the feedback loop that the right wing has set up.

Grifters pull a stunt that they know will get them on Fox News. Fox News then gets days worth of rage out of the grifter. This gets them eyeballs and helps them continue to push their culture war. The grifter gets the money and attention that they want. Republicans take advantage of the grifter and Fox News to whip up base support and market their brand. Social media and Facebook market the grifter as some sad desperate victim of injustice.

Rubes then see it on Facebook and social media and share, retweet, post on message boards, etc. which creates more grifters who want in on the operation.



Meanwhile, injustices like these get zero attention from the entire right wing propaganda apparatus.

The vast majority of the conservatives I follow have been talking about how awful and unjustified the murder was. Only a few extremists have said otherwise. C'mon. A little intellectual honesty wouldn't kill you.

Several states have come out that blood tests are saying the virus was around in December and January. Lot of people got mocked for saying that.

Seems like while still being serious, it's spread more and been not as deadly as previously reported. The more time we have, the more beneficial data we get.
