What's new

Coronavirus

To be clear, we would be betting avatars on whether OSHA has the authority to mandate the combination of vaccines and covid19 tests for large employers as a component of workplace safety? The bet is only settled if SCOTUS weighs in with a full hearing? What if the lower courts weigh in and SCOTUS refuses the case?

Just out of curiosity, why would you think this sort of workplace regulation is outside the bounds of OSHA?
I don't know if you caught the latest news on this, but OSHA has just made a carve out that suspends compliance with 29 CFR Part 1904 for injuries due to this mandate. Essentially, if you are injured at work or become ill due to exposure there must be a report made to OSHA by law. As of now there is an exception. If you are injured or become ill at work, a report must be filed unless that injury or illness has anything to do with a coronavirus vaccine. If the injury or illness involves the coronavirus vaccine, you are NOT to notify OSHA. They will not accept the report. They do not want to be in possession of any information related to injury or illness associated with the imposition of this mandate.

Being handled differently from everything else they've ever done? I hope you're ready for this to be struck down.

So it's now admitted that Wuhan was studying gain of function research funded by Fauci. Well it was admitted by two Doctors as I rightfully pointed out but people here simply do not have the intellectualism to understand it. They think it popped up out of a market literally a block away which is embarrassing from a human brain capacity standpoint.

I just wonder why Fauci lied about this under oath. Please don't even try to answer as you couldn't even understand when I pointed out 2 doctors admitting there was GoF research.

1) You didn't offer a link, and I don't know how complete this report is.
2) Are you saying that if workplace requires the MMR vaccine, and you some get an injury or illness at work that has something to do with the MMR vaccine, that is required to be reported? Are you claiming that covid19 vaccines are being treated differently than other vaccines? I am skeptical.
3) For this to even get before the court, someone would actually to get a work-related injury from being vaccinated. What does that even consist of? Please describe the circumstances and nature of such an injury?
4) To get to a court of law, someone has to claim they are being harmed by the company not reporting this supposed injury/illness to OSHA. Who would the injured party be?

Your take has so many gaps and holes, it's hard to believe you thought about this for more than a second before buying into it.

Were they two doctors who were part of the review of the experiment for approval, and thoroughly versed in the NIH definitions? Or were they a couple of random MDs looking for some publicity?

So far, there is no proof and no reliable evidence he did.
I've explained this to you more than once and it's obvious you're not smart enough nor have the brain capability to understand. Remember bat lady? The lady you simply didn't know who she was because you're not very bright? The lady that worked at Wuhan and admitted GoF?

I'm sorry man, if you can't even remember these multiple conversations it shows that you are nothing more than an idiot. Flat out stupid really. We discussed this and you forgot. Embarrassing.

Don't worry most you and your cult are the same as far as stupidity. It's why I don't come around anymore. It's not naiveness it's stupidity. I used to come just to educate you idiots that don't understand 75,000,000 @latin jazz (idiot) , think Russia was real, think Tulsi is a spy, and openly support pedophilia. I mean you literally stuck up for a guy aging up a 9 year old you disgusting filth.

Since you were wrong and continue to be wrong in your explanation, repeating it will not make you correct.

Go back and check. I said it was wrong. I understand where it came from, and it's not pedophilia, but it was wrong and, again, I said so at the time.

I'm not claiming it. OSHA is.

DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers' vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904's recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination

That's not what the link you posted below says. It says it's not requiring employers to report those, not that they're not accepting it if an individual makes a report.

Dumb dumb human, my God dude... You literally, 100%, stupidly just proved me right.... I look at the skies and I pray your pretending... No way people can be this dumb. It baffles me.

Yes, both you and Enbright show no ability at all to read that document, a document that maintains the order against gain-of-function was not violated, and that the Wuhan lab research did not lead to covid19.

I travelled back from the USA to China the last few days. It was a very interesting experience. I first went to Utah where almost no one was wearing masks except for a few people in SLC. I was mostly surprised to see the pharmacy where I got my USA vaccine from had no one wearing masks, even while giving people vaccines. Personally I am not really worried about catching it except for the fact it would delay getting back to China for a long time, which would be bad for work and other things. I got scowls in Utah a few times while wearing masks indoor, especially outside SLC. In SLC some people wore their masks everywhere, I watched multiple people put their masks on in-between every bite, which made me laugh. I then went to LA and it was a **** show as usual. The rules are super strict there I heard employees and other customers lose their **** and yell at customers walking into bars/restaurants without a mask. They made them leave, put on a mask, walk back in, then get to their seat and take their mask off. Mostly it was very quiet at the bars/restaurants and they closed early. Then catching up with a few friends in the area and them telling me about huge music festivals they went to and are going to later next week. California makes no sense, but again kind of on par with that place.

Then traveling back to China was extremely crazy. First the China Air requires its employees to wear basically full hazmat type suits which makes it seem very scary. Also really enjoyed a random dude at the airport asking to take a picture of the employee and then telling him to stop being scared of the virus and believe in Jesus. He kept telling him over and over read the bible dude it will like totally save you dude, you wont even need anything else. The flight to China was terrible. They served one tiny box of food and 3 waters at the start of the flight and that was it for a 15 hour flight. Then took temps every few hours and made you use hand sanitizer a few times. They wouldnt hand out pillows, blankets, or head phones for the screens. Arriving in China was surreal of being put on buses separated out and put through 3-5 hours of paperwork, testing, and waiting in lines before being cleared to go to quarantine. We were then taken to a random hotel and they scanned bags to get rid of any sharp objects or booze. We filled out more paperwork and then taken to a room where we are sealed in for 3 weeks now. Luckily I played dumb with their scanner machines and then switched bags with my wife last second when they searched for booze so I have that at least. They dont allow deliveries of any kind and they serve 3 meals a day. You have to pay for the hotel at whatever random rate the hotel you are assigned to is and for the food. The rooms are all have makeshift security bars installed. They are over the top secure with the borders right now. But once you are back in basically everything is normal. The only restriction is wearing a mask in public transportation and requiring you to sign in or use an app to sign in at businesses you go to.

I wasnt careful that much in USA I hadnt seen family and friends in 3 years so I met up with tons of people. I also went out to some bars and went out to eat most meals. I tested negative the whole time. I have the Chinese vaccine that seems to be decent. Its been 6 months so I decided I should get a booster in the USA. I could only get the J&J because China requires you to finish all the vaccine before returning to China, including the 2 weeks after your last dose so I didnt have time for another.

China is saying it will open its borders early 2022 when the country is at 80% or more vaccination rate. I have a hard time believing they will. They will have to deal with the virus sweeping across the country pretty bad as well as various lockdowns to slow it down. The people of the country will be pretty upset. The vast majority of Chinese dont care about leaving the country or people coming in. They do care about being safe and enjoy being one of the safest countries right now. I cant imagine them doing that. On the flip side it seems like eventually you have to open the borders, but also its China, so who knows.

Wife?

Haha, good pickup. Yeah, I got married last month. I swore off marriage but then blah blah blah, shes really cool and perfect for me.
Her favorite place in SLC was Bayou, which locks their doors and makes you show them your vaccination before coming in. The owner was running the door when we went in.

Congrats man!

Yeah, I saw that they had a strict policy in a KSL article and the comments were hilarious. "Well I know where I'm NOT going to go for dinner!" and the like, all from people who were never going to eat there anyway. I meant to go there a few times to show them my support but I haven't been there since they announced that, yet.

Sounds like you're doing well. Makes me happy.

That's true of pretty much any medical procedure. No matter how many trials you do, you can't know all the effects until it starts being performed more broadly.

Feel free to talk stupid lol.

That is tough though when kids don't really die from Covid and some places are making it mandatory. I would not be putting my kids at the front of the line with this type of logic. California is going to make me choose now between homeschool which will stunt my kids social and educational growth and giving my kids a shot that "we don't know all the effects of". We vaccinate our kids for other stuff obvi but this one is new and less proven. My whole family got Covid a year ago... none of the kids had symptoms much more severe than a light cold and a headache.

I'm cool doing it in a year or so... but giving this the thumbs up with amazing votes of confidence listed above doesn't get me excited to have my kids be the guinea pigs.
