One thing I picked up on was the Chauvin continued to keep his knee of Floyd's neck even after he was apparently dead. The EMT had to ask him to remove it. Now, I have heard, and one person on here also said, they had some personal history, that Chauvin and Floyd had some sort of run-in, and so Chauvin had it out for Floyd. And Chauvin had a personal history himself of using choke holds to restrain people and complaints had been filed against him for that. To me, this is open and shut. Not just visual the evidence but all the other corroborating information. Derek Chauvin was a bad cop who used unnecessary force on people to impose his control and power, and he used this to murder Floyd. The trial is just a formality. He needs to be convicted.I knew someone who died of a meth overdose. Was fine for a while, then suddenly had breathing issues. Cause of death was cardiac arrest caused by overdose.
Meth is a horrible drug.
As I understand it, the prosecution is barred from introducing evidence about Chauvin's disciplinary history. One thing I picked up on was the Chauvin continued to keep his knee of Floyd's neck even after he was apparently dead. Ok, but why? This evidence speaks directly to the point that he murdered Floyd and showed intent by keeping his knee on Floyd's neck AFTER he was dead.As I understand it, the prosecution is barred from introducing evidence about Chauvin's disciplinary history.

This was meant for Alabammy. I think posting this here without my consent is a violation of the board rules.

Your comment made me so angry. If you are a cop, then you are what's wrong with law enforcement. And you suggest that George Floyd committed tons of crimes -- oh, if so, then why the **** isn't he in jail? I'll tell you if he were white, the police would've handled the situation much differently. But you don't understand that because you're a stupid cracker from Alabama. It's people like you that is what's wrong with our country. You probably supported Trump, and he's the one who lit the fire to all the undercurrent of racism that has exploded after he became President. Didn't you see the Confederate flags flying during the Insurrection? Do you realize how noxious that is? Do you know what the Confederacy represents?
Let me give you a history lesson. After the Confederate states succeeded, their Vice-President Alexander Stephens made his infamous Cornerstone speech, explaining the basic principles of their new Constitution. He said the following:
“Our new government is founded upon exactly the opposite idea [of the U.S. Constitution]; its foundations are laid, its cornerstone rests upon the great truth that the negro is not equal to the white man; that slavery—subordination to the superior race—is his natural and normal condition.”
This is what the Confederate flag symbolizes; this is what white supremacists like Trump and those who follow him, and those brutal police officers represent. A black person has no rights that should be respected by white people -- that is a quote from the SCOTUS Dred Scott Decision in 1858, and people still believe that today, and you saw that when the police arrested George Floyd.
This was a PM and I intentionally sent this as a PM and not to be posted on the board. I have since learned more about Floyd's prior criminal history which related mainly to his drug use. I even posted this on the board but this was supposed to be a PM and not for board consumption

I don’t give a damn about what you wanted for public consumption. You think it’s ok to call someone a racist name just because it’s in private? You deserve to be called out. You are EXACTLY what you claim to be against. I don’t care how much research you’ve done now. You should have done that before you acted like an absolute *******.This was a PM and I intentionally sent this as a PM and not to be posted on the board. You mean cracker. You're from Alabama, and you knee jerk attacked Floyd because of a prior criminal record instead of focusing on the outrageous behavior of the cops. And actually supported it by talking about the training they receive in the academy and how difficult their job is. But that doesn't excuse their treatment of Floyd as subhuman, likely because he was black. Maybe you're not a cracker but based on the side you took I felt it was racist, Mr. Cracker from Alabammy.I don’t give a damn about what you wanted for public consumption. Again, you are exactly what you claim to be against and a sad excuse for a human being. You mean cracker.
