Does Burks deserve to be a starter yet?

In before franklin says "alec was no good for those 2 and a half years and corbins teaching and coaching is the only reason burks is playing well now. Corbin has brought burks along perfectly"

I got those points the first several hundred times you posted them. I didn't understand what you were getting with this new Alec vs. Trey, Hayward, & Favors angle.


Also, BB-ref shows monthly minute logs as: Nov - 26.0, Dec. - 27.8, Jan. - 30.2. If you're complaining that his minutes went down by 46 seconds or whatever then not only is it meaningless but also incorrect. Per bb-ref.

I was never wrong on Alec. He has grown a lot in those 2 and a half years and we should all be happy that his work ethic and the coaching have earned him a solid amount of playing time. Corbin has brought Burks along at the perfect pace for Burks.

Burks has only had one mediocre month in his career. Those acting like he's an all star because he's outperforming his baseline are making a mountain out of a molehill at the moment.

Stupid question. As if Craperson or Mar-will-less deserve it more than Burks to start. Same with Kanter. Send Big boops Corbin's butt to the moon and get rid at least of Craperson and bring Mar-will-less of the bench.

Get some good playing time for Evans, Marwin and Gobert off the bench. We won't make it to the playoffs so I don't understand the reason for having sparks like Kanter or Burks coming off the bench. I hate Corbin's and Lindsey's philosophy of making Kanter and Burks the victims of this team because of two below average veteran role players as if we would be contenders.

And starting Randy Foye 72 times in front of Alec Burks last season was part of this "perfect pace"

The same Randy Foye who was ****ing humiliated last night by Burks....No, what I would call perfect is Burks' coming out party came against the same scrub Corbin insisted on playing in front of him in last year's abortion of a season.

Co-signed.

Randy Foye was immeasurably better than Burks last season in talent alone, in addition to his much better fit next to Mo-Jefferson and in playing smart team defense.

Playing a raw Burks alongside Jefferson would have ruined Burks to even the most ardent homers. Corbin did them a huge service with all those DNPs.
