No, there are rules. The NFL was just retarded in how they handled everything so the judge ruled that the NFL is retarded and nothing they did in the case made any sense, so Brady got off because of Goodell's over zealousness.

No, 4 games is a lot. The punishment should fit the crime. Deflating the balls by a little bit isn't a big deal. Everyone recognizes this, they were just mad because everyone hates the Pats. So it was a good laugh to say 4 games, thinking they would lower it for a settlement. Brady offered to take a game suspension without admitting guilt. Goodell should have taken that.

I think you getting caught with a first offense PED. So to say taking PED's is equivalent to deflating a football by a couple of PSI doesn't really make sense, which is a point the judge made.

You rape someone and you are going to get a different jail time than if you just beat the **** out of them. Is that hard to understand? It's a basic rule of thumb for any kind of enforcement of laws or rules.

Wow, that is lenient. In the Olympics if you're caught taking performance enhancing drugs you're automatically stripped of your medals.


And to me that's how it should be. To me if what you did unlawfully gave you an advantage over your opponent, giving yourself an unfair advantage, then you simply should not be declared the winner.
